• SSLC pass for Housekeeping and Bell Boy
• PUC pass for Housekeeping, Room Boy, Gardener, Steward and Bar Assistant
• PUC with lifeguard experience for Swimming Pool Lifeguard
• Degree for Housekeeping Supervisor, Storekeeper, Cashier, Bartender, Captain, Steward and Bar Assistant
• Degree or PG for Front Desk Assistant, Receptionist and Marketing / Sales
• PG for HR Manager
• ITI in Electrical or Diploma for Maintenance
• Specialist skill for Cook, South Indian Cook, Spa Receptionist and Spa Therapist
• Resort experience for General Manager
